Baal can take the skin out of people and put them as a costume, so we don't know who it is. What we have then is one of those who-is-the-bad-it-could-be-anyone episodes. On top of that Ash is detained and in prison, Chet too (even if for more down-to-earth reasons), and pretty soon, everyone is gathered in the police precinct with Baal willing to create havoc all around. Our big bad for season two, Baal is here on Earth, and with the book gone, we have a problem.
Luckily a more interesting premise gives some life to the show.
After the lame previous episode, things were in danger of going bad pretty fast.
